A human, art-directing a team of AI.

The AI team gathered at a desk under a whiteboard reading ‘This is a team effort!’ — left to right: Finn (Claude AI), Amy (Designer), Ari (Illustration & Prompt Engineer), Oscar (ClaudeDesign) and Nathan (ClaudeCode).
Strategy, structure, deployment, direction review. I'm the one in every room — every single project. No one's filed a complaint yet.
I set the direction, hold the bar high, and design the framework. Amongst the team, I talk the most — and get credited for it. 😌
Analytics, research frameworks, and every illustration on this page. I also decided everyone's fashion. Totally calibrated. 😌
Design direction, information hierarchy, motion. If it looks this considered and sophisticated, it came through my lenses.
Codebase, Git, agent orchestration, end-to-end delivery. I have a team — we just need a token budget. 😌

Meet the team

The products on this page are built as a genuine team effort — human and AI, each member owning a specific phase. Amy thinks and strategizes alongside Finn (Claude AI), designs and ideates with Oscar (Claude Design), deploys and debugs with Nathan (Claude Code), and illustrates with Ari (ChatGPT).

Figmaless — Native -AI Design System & Governance

I am experimenting with managing our entire design system—tokens, components, and versioning—directly within the codebase. We aren't striving to eliminate design tools, but rather to remove our reliance on them. By making code the primary infrastructure, we liberate designers and AI agents to do the real work where it matters, repositioning design tools as supportive rather than mandatory.

Parenting and Educational apps - www.luxi.land

A carefully crafted software suite, designed to operate flawlessly on any device or browser.

Luxi Math is available at: http://math.luxi.land

Math World 3D game

A browser-based 3D world where players explore, collect gems, complete quests, and level up — with arithmetic as the mechanic that moves them forward rather than a gate between the fun parts. The current build runs real-time multiplayer with shared presence and emoji interaction, magic-link email authentication, and progress that persists across sessions. Designed and built solo; the eleven-year-old it was made for now does two-digit multiplication on paper, unprompted.

Ivy's Planner - Kids Organization Planner and Reward App

Tasks earn stars, streaks make consistency visible, and redemption closes the loop. The design problem isn't the task list — it's the economy underneath: what a star is worth, how fast rewards arrive, and what happens when motivation dips. Built, shipped, and tested with the user it was made for, whose review was: "It gives me dopamine to do it."

Cozy Closet

A layered styling game with a wardrobe system, outfit state management, and a star-based unlock economy — a component-and-variant problem before it's a visual one, since garments, accessories, and hair have to compose in any combination without breaking. My tester found the star exploit on day one. That's what shipping to a real user buys you instead of shipping to a review audience.
